VeltriqAI™ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our accounts receivable automation platform.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including account registration details, business information, financial data you import (such as customer accounts and invoice records), and communication records created within the platform.
Customer data is not used to train AI models.
Your business data is strictly isolated from other tenants. Each workspace operates in its own scoped environment. Data from one tenant is never accessible to another tenant's users.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion unless a shorter retention period is required by applicable law.
We engage the following categories of service providers ("sub-processors") to operate the platform. Each sub-processor processes customer data only on our documented instructions and is bound by a written agreement requiring confidentiality and limiting its use of that data to the services it provides to us.

We are committed to notifying you if a security breach affects your personal information. If we become aware of an incident, we will investigate promptly and determine whether personal information was involved.
Where a breach is confirmed to involve your personal information, we will notify you without undue delay and in any event within seventy-two (72) hours of confirming the incident. That notice will describe the nature of the breach, the categories of information involved, the measures we have taken in response, and the steps you can take to protect yourself.
Where required by applicable law, we will also notify the relevant supervisory authority and any other party designated by law. We will not delay notification at your request where the law requires us to notify you directly.

We assess the security posture of sub-processors before engaging them and require them to meet equivalent obligations.

Where we process data on behalf of a business customer, that organization is responsible for responding to requests about the data it uploaded, and we will assist it as required. If your request concerns an account you do not control, please contact that organization directly.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you additional rights. You have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access to and a copy of your personal information, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories of information we collect are described in Section 2, and the categories of service providers we disclose it to are described in Section 7.
